I do not collect credit card information, banking details, or electronic payment data.

I use your information for the following purposes:  Scheduling IT support and training sessions at your home. Communicating service details or appointment confirmations.  Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting.  Keeping basic service records for administrative purposes.

Since I do not operate online services or provide remote support, I do not use third-party tools, links, or external platforms for communication or payment processing.

Access & Updates: You may request corrections or updates to your contact information.  Opt-Out of Communication: If you no longer wish to receive appointment reminders, you can notify me.  Data Removal Requests: You can request the deletion of your service history from my records.
